his position is responsible for managing the development, implementation and execution of an industrial client’s branding and marketing activities on behalf of Infinity Marketing, acting as a liaison between corporate and divisional leaders.  Focus areas include corporate branding, advertising, social media, community relations, and events or sponsorships.

The Integrated Marketing Manager’s job requires strong marketing knowledge, interpersonal skills, and writing capabilities to achieve the company’s goals. Understanding of primary and secondary research will be important in identifying and assessing market and industry trends.

Previous marketing experience in manufacturing, engineering or construction is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills are important in securing and disseminating project, personnel and customer information from five divisions.  This job is based three days a week in Greenville, SC, at Infinity Marketing and two days at Client’s Corporate Headquarters in Spartanburg, SC.  Some regional travel may be necessary on a quarterly basis.


Position Description/Duties:  


  • Collaborate with account leadership to establish marketing budget, goals and strategy
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, coordinating the right resources to fulfill opportunities with the guidance of the Director of Integrated Marketing
  • Ensure client’s brand, values, products and services are communicated accurately and effectively across all programs and properties
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across paid, earned and owned media including digital and traditional advertising, social media, PR, website and collateral materials
  • Demonstrate proficiency in social media strategy and platforms
  • Represent Infinity Marketing and/or Client at networking, community, recruitment and trade show events, as needed
  • Manage marketing calendar, priorities, and deadlines with the ability to adapt to changing market needs
  • Brief creative and media staff with support from the Director of Integrated Marketing
  • Maintain day-to-day client contact
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Creative Team, Media Team and others to complete projects
  • Write Conference Reports after client meetings and conference calls, as well as developing bi-weekly Project Updates on all current activity; distributing these reports to appropriate client and internal team contacts
  • Provide final QC, where possible, of messaging or materials before sending to client
  • Ensure client approvals are received on all brand messaging and materials before releasing for production or publishing.
  • Approval creative billing prior client invoices are submitted to ensure alignment with budget
  • Prepare regular overview of client activity
  • Stay apprised of client’s products and services
  • Continuously work to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses and seminars



Required Competencies:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering or construction is a plus
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software as needed
