Position Description:  The Account Executive is responsible for several key areas, including:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including but not limited to:
    • Research and information gathering
    • Coordinate necessary resources
    • Brief creative and media staff with support from the Account Manager
    • Provide clear, thorough direction and feedback to team members
    • Review projects for accuracy and completion
    • Traffic client feedback to internal team
    • Monitor project budgets and timelines
    • Communicate project progress with Account Manager
    • Maintain lists and databases
    • Handle client billing
    • Prepare the quarterly overview of client activity
    • Assist the team however needed
  • Complete internal project-related paperwork precisely and thoroughly
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and Creative Services to complete projects
  • Maintain project-related client contact with the direction and support of the Account Manager and Account Supervisor
  • Write Conference Reports after meetings and conference calls, as well as develop Project Update reports on all current activity; distribute these reports to appropriate client and internal team contacts
  • Assist with the distribution of e-marketing and monitoring of various digital metrics
  • Stay apprised of client’s products and services
  • Continuously work to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses and webinars

Required Education and Experience:  A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related course of study is strongly preferred. A minimum of 2 – 4 years of agency experience is required.
